REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION IN SEMINARS
  1. Application.
  2. Degree (University, TEI or IEK) depending on the program.
  3. Photocopy of identity card.
  4. Medical certificate from a cardiologist for seminars concerning sports activities.
Note: The completion of requirements does not ensure the acceptance of the applicant by the CSS.
Strict priority will be observed. Nevertheless, this does not apply to CSS graduates, who can attend any seminar program they are interested in.

Sports Management
CSS in an effort to provide students with knowledge that ensures a successful career has organized courses on sports management.
The program includes courses on:

  • Fitness clubs management/administration
  • Sports camps management/administration
  • Sports conferences - seminars management
Aerobic (Fitness)
These seminars aim at providing specialized knowledge on maximizing human body output.
It is taught by a team of instructors in course that include:
  • Personal Training
  • Aerobic programs for teams
  • Aerobic programs for populations with specific problems
  • Aerobic programs for adolescents
  • Aerobic programs for the elderly
Physiotherapy
These seminars aim at physiotherapists who wish to keep in touch with recent developments in their field.
Courses includes:
  • First Aid
  • Athlete's rehabilitation after sport injuries
Strength-Power Training (Fitness club Weights - Team Weights)
The seminars offer academic and practical knowledge on developing a program with weights, in the following sectors.

Exercise and Health
The program includes courses aiming at team supervision and the supervision of people with health problems.
